The electronic service "Application for marriage bonds with a foreign citizen" enables Albanian citizens residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online to engage in marriage with foreign nationals. After the necessary verifications carried out by representatives of the Embassy / Consulate, the application is accepted and the applicant is then invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail. The citizen is then notified by the consul by e-mail / phone for the day of presentation to the representation to perform the Marriage Act. |
