This electronic service is helping citizens send an application for registering or deleting legal mortgages. Such cases are property blocking under any law, tax congestion, etc. The Registrar, upon written request submitted in the form prescribed by law, decides to cancel the registration of the mortgage when the conditions are met, according to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code. The application must be accompanied by an act justifying the cancellation of the mortgage. Relevant actions are signed by the registrar. |
