The electronic service is assisting citizens to submit an application for registration of a mortgage contract for securing the loan granted by the bank or other lending institution, for loans worth ALL 1,000,000 to 10,000,000, as well as copies of the card within this deadline. Upon submitting the application to the Immovable Property Registration Office (IPRO), it will be processed by the IPRO Specialist and depending on the information, the return of the responder and the materials requested by the applicant will be done via e-mail, sending an electronic response to "My Documents" on the citizen profile in e-Albania, as well as postal service if the citizen requires the answer in the paper format. |
