The electronic service is assisting citizens to send an application for registration of the act of transferring property from the bailiff. Courts, notaries, bailiffs and other state organs send to the office that administers the register where the immovable property is located, a copy of the decision or act containing the acquisition, recognition, alteration, termination of a right of immovable property or of a real rights over it, or declare invalid legal actions for the transfer of previously registered ownership, within 30 days from the date of their issue. |
