This electronic service is assisting citizens to request the transfer of a driving license file from a Regional Director (there has been a Citizenship Residence) to another Regional Directorate (where there is a new residence of a citizen) for reasons of change of residence. Any citizen who has a valid management permit and has changed his residence from one regional director to another must make a request to transfer the file to the new directorate and obtain a new management license. |
