Based on Law no. 8652 dt. 31.07.2000 "On the Organization and Functioning of Local Governance", as amended; law no. 9632 dt. 30.10.2006 "On the Local Tax System" as amended; law no. 8438 dt. 28.12.1998 "On Income Tax", as amended; law no. 9920 dated 19.05.2008 "On Tax Procedures in the Republic of Albania" and the "Fiscal Package" annually approved by the Municipal Council, the Local Government Unit within March generates local obligations for citizens and businesses in its territory. |
