This service is offered to all national companies wishing to participate in the tenders. The Council classifies the companies and grants them a degree that entitles them to participate in the tender, including the type of projects that the company is entitled to participate in. International companies (ie companies that do not carry out business in Oman and have not registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry) can register with the Tender Board after the tender has been awarded. While international companies with offices in the Sultanate of Oman and registered in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry are considered national companies and have to register with the Tender Board. |
