Overview
The visa is granted to the foreign spouse working in the country and his children under the age of (28) years. It is also granted to the foreign wife of Oman at his request and a certificate issued by the competent ministry confirming the status of the marriage.
The family visa is granted by the competent authority at its discretion and at the request of a local sponsor and under the responsibility of the relatives of the Omani citizen and the foreign relatives of the non-visa categories.
Validity of two years from the date of stamping the visa on the passport.
Valid for use within six months from the date of issue. |
