Owners of residential properties (built before 1 September 1947) which come under the Act no. 887 of 25/06/1970 must respect the rent procedure instituted by article 3 of the Ordinance no. 4.621 of 29/12/1970 .
A declaration of vacancy must be made within 8 days of vacating the property. At the same time, or when the property is occupied once again, a rental declaration or a declaration of free accommodation must be made.
Before the property is let, the owner or their representative must submit a rent declaration to the Housing Department. |
