To be ever more effective in the fight against crime, the Monegasque Government is offering an on-line service for reporting offences involving child pornography.
What is child pornography? It is an offence committed by any person who takes, records, produces, obtains, passes on or deliberately keeps a picture or a representation of a minor when this picture or representation is of a pornographic nature.
This on-line service makes it possible to inform Police Department, anonymously if desired, of such matters and provide investigators with the details necessary for identifying the perpetrator(s) of the offence. |
