This service allows citizens to benefit from the following services:
- Obtaining social loan (Marriage).
- Obtaining a loan for building a government parcel with an area not less than 470 meter squares pursuant to Decree 289/2007.
- Obtaining a loan for building a private parcel pursuant to Decree 289/2007.
- Obtaining real estate loan for purchasing a house or building a joint parcel.
- Obtaining real estate loan for purchasing houses and apartments with a maximum amount of (70000) KD.
- Obtaining real estate loan for expanding and restoring a government house with a maximum amount of (35000) KD.
- Obtaining real estate loan for expanding and restoring a private house with a maximum amount of (30000) KD. |
