The Government Procurement Portal includes services for suppliers and procurement departments where suppliers can view available tenders/auctions openly and submit technical and financial proposals in complete secrecy and privacy. By registering on the portal and once accredited a supplier becomes elligible for dealing with all the government entities on the portal. The procurement departments of government entities are able to submit their requests to the Government Services Authority (an arm of the Ministry of Finance) and publish their tenders/auctions as well as evaluations and winning bids on the portal simply by registering themselves on the portal." |
