| Description: | The electronic "Tax at source" electronic service enables taxpayers to make online payment for Residual Tax. Based on Law no. 8438, dated 28.12.1998, as amended, "On Revenue Income Tax" amended, the payment of the Tax at source is made by any taxable person who has declared in the tax system (value) the obligation to pay Tax in Burim. This payment is made in the accounts of the tax authorities by the 20th of the following month. |
