"Application for the administration of a fiscal magazine" is an electronic service that enables businesses to complete an online application form for administering a fiscal magazine for excise products. Based on Law 61/2012, Articles 4 and 51 of the Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 612, dated 05.09.2012, as amended by DCM 38 dated 21.01.2016, any natural or legal person seeking to host excise goods moving under a suspensive duty regime within the territory of the country (registered consignee), must be registered by the customs authorities. This service makes it possible to submit an online application for registration to a supervisory customs office by filling in the information required for this type of request. |
