This service allows the importer to submit a request for clearance of goods through sea, road and airports. The importer assign a clearance agent to proceed with custom details including import statement number, date of import statement and Customs office in charge. The request will be delivered online to the imported food inspection center identified by the clearance agent. inspection center will perform the following steps: 1- Auditing of documents 2-Inpection of consignment 3- Visual inspection 4- Take samples for lab testing in case of suspicion 5- Issue a letter or acceptance or rejection to Customs Department |
