It is intended for the natural or legal person who is the author of an object of practical use, or part of it, susceptible of industrial application, which presents a new form or arrangement involving an inventive act that results in a functional improvement in its use or in its manufacture, such as utensils and tools. The service consists basically of receiving the deposit of the patent, kept confidential for eighteen months from the date of filing or of the oldest priority, if any, followed by its publication and examination, being allowed the presentation by the interested parties of documents and information to support the exam. |
