| Description: | This service allows the establishments to fulfill their monthly obligation to inform the Ministry of Labor of the changes in the staff of the CLT. The declaration must be made no later than the 7th day of the month subsequent to that informed. If the movements are not declared, or if the movement of any employee governed by the CLT is omitted, the company is subject to a fine with value based on the time of delay and number of moves omitted. |
