| Description: | Examination established by Decree 5,626 / 2005, to be carried out within ten years after the publication of the Decree, from 2006 to 2016, with the purpose of certifying the proficiency in Brazilian Sign Language - Pounds of professionals for teaching, translation and interpretation of Libras. According to the Decree, the Libras proficiency exam must be promoted annually by the Ministry of Education and accredited higher education institutions for certification. |
