It is the obtaining of a certificate that proves that a company does not keep records in process or fines unpaid for violation of labor regulations in front of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
This proof is prior and necessary to proceed with the closure of activities before the Social Security Bank (Article 32 of Decree 278/017). |
