This is a procedure to officially register the Breastfeeding Space Room in the place of work or study, in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 19,530 approved in August of 2017 throughout the national territory. The procedure will be finished, once the minimum requirements are met with which a Breastfeeding Room or Area must meet as established in the Regulatory Decree approved in August 2018, which will allow for a national registry of places that comply with the required by law.
The procedure has the character of a Sworn Statement. |
