Allows the General Treasury of the Republic (TGR) to request the coupon (notice-receipt) to pay territorial debts (real estate contributions). The coupon contains the following information: name, RUT and address of the interested party, in addition to the amount owed and the date of payment. In case of debts, the system delivers the values of legal surcharges for delay, calculated to the month in which the coupon is issued.
