| Description: | It allows to rectify the change of name and / or surname, sex or RUT in the certificates of study of basic, middle or higher education. The Ministry of Education only makes the rectification if the Civil Registry and Identification Service validates it. Students with current registration must request rectification in the educational establishment in which they are. |
