Title: Renewal of Gaming Devices Class 4 Licence
Description: Relevant gaming devices' for this purpose are defined in the Lotteries and Other Games Act as any electrical, electronic, or mechanical device which is used or intended for use in connection with the operation, promotion or sale of a game and, or in gaming. Gaming devices include slot machines and fruit machines, for example. A Class 4 Licence may be granted and renewed by the Gaming Authority to a person wishing to operate a central system and connect such central system to a relevant gaming device. A central system is any electronic or computer system to which relevant gaming devices may be connected to directly or indirectly, and which is designed or adapted for use to register all or part of the gaming taking place through that device, and/or supervise all or part of the operations carried out in or through such device, and/or to store and provide reports and information on said matters.
