| Description: | This form must be submitted for every person nominated by the Operator/Licensee that shall be responsible for carrying out Key Official duties, as per Remote Gaming Regulations (S.L. 438.04). The Gaming Authority (GA) considers that Part IV of the Regulations issued under the Lotteries and Other Games Act (Cap. 438 of the Laws of Malta) empowers GA to request an Operator/Licensee to appoint at least one Key Official for approval by the GA and as a condition for a remote gaming licence duly issued in accordance to the Law. |
