Account holders are entitled to redress from ARMS Ltd in relation to a previous application for a change in the number of persons on the account, which they believe was unfairly denied. EU citizens may exceptionally apply for redress in cases where no prior application was made, provided that they submit appropriate evidence of their primary residence in Malta at the address which is linked to the account, at the time in question. Once the application is processed the account holder can have a back-dated change in tariff from domestic to residential. |
