| Description: | A promoter who was issued with a licence for any public collection must, within 5 weeks from the last day of the collection or the day on which the licence expires, in addition to the other provisions of the Act, deliver to the Commissioner of Police the statement made in the form set out in the Second Schedule of the Act, the information therein required and certified correct apart from other requirements in the same Act. |
