This application is used to submit a request before the Administrative Review Tribunal to review the administrative act of the public administration on matters of law and fact in terms of Article 15(2) of Cap. 490 of the Laws of Malta, the Administrative Justice Act. This application must contain a clear and correct statement of the matter and the reason for the request, the request or requests, clear exposure and detailed facts of the case as known by the applicant, the name of the witnesses the applicant intends to sue, including the summoning of the counterparty, with a declaration in respect of any witness evidence that the applicant intends to use and the remedy being sought, with the expenses against the public administration. All the documents supporting the request or requests can be attached to the application. |
