Applicants and persons entitled to submit proposals may submit applications or suggestions for indexing harmful media by BPjM. Possible media are so-called telemedia (Internet sites), films, games, printed matter and sound recordings. If the application or the suggestion relates to a telemedium, the communication can be completely electronic. For the remaining media types, however, it is still necessary to send the application by post. In the context of an application procedure then an indexing or rejection of the indexing (decision) is decided. In the event of a suggestion, BPjM first decides whether it will act ex officio. Private individuals can not submit any applications or suggestions. |
