Title: If you have decided to acquire the electricity supply directly as a Market Participant, fulfill your obligation to deliver to the CRE the copy of your Market Participant contract.
Description: Those Qualified Users who have decided to acquire the electricity supply directly as a Market Participant and have notified the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), must electronically attach the Market Participant Agreement signed with the National Center for Energy Control ( CENACE), within a maximum period of 5 working days after signing such contract. Likewise, in the event that the Qualified User, subsequent to its registration and having had a supply contract with a Qualified Services Provider, decides to cancel said contract and be a Market Participant, it shall notify such decision to the CRE and provide a copy of the Market Participant Agreement signed with CENACE, within a maximum period of 5 business days after having signed such contract.
