Based on articles 157 and 158 of the Electricity Industry Law, and 75 of the Regulation, Qualified Users, Qualified Market Participating Users and Suppliers will report to the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) monthly by electronic means that this dispose, the information that this requires them regarding their commercialization activities in the MEM referred to in articles 45 and 62 of the LIE and that related to demand, consumption, controllable demand data and others related to the Load Centers representing, during the first 10 business days of each month. |
