The permit for the maintenance of wild animals in captivity is issued on the basis of an application of the nature user with the indication:
name of the legal entity, its details, TIN, name and surname of the head;
data of an individual - last name, first name, patronymic, residential address (telephone number), TIN and passport copy;
the purpose of keeping animals;
conditions of keeping animals consistent with the Rules for the content of wild animals in human settlements, the requirements of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES);
number of animals by species;
the origin of animals. |
