Management of electronic archive documents
The service of managing electronic archives is closely related to providing permanent and medium-term storage, ensuring data integrity and proper discarding in case of invalidity of the record or expiry of the storage period. The electronic archive will be able to provide medium-term storage services to entrepreneurs and other government agencies, with content management after the expiry of the filing period from the registry plan.
Loading archive documents into an electronic archive
The Batch Archives service allows you to capture a set of archive documents from a communication channel. Thus, in the first step, it is possible to accept the entire batch of archival documents, or select which documents are to be retrieved, and the mass OCR function can be applied. In this case, the automatic extraction of metadata can also be assumed theoretically.
Loading a batch of electronic copy of originally non-electronic archive documents into an electronic archive
Loading a batch of electronic copies of originally non-electronic archive documents into an electronic archive allows you to capture a set of archive documents received from a large-scale scanning site or other communication channel. Thus, in the first step, it is possible to receive the entire batch of electronic copies, or to select which documents are to be retrieved, and the mass OCR function may be applied.
Inserting discarded registry records into an electronic archive
The Embedding Discarded Records service allows you to store electronic registry records (originals, not electronic copies) in an archive based on the requirements of the given business process step. Optimally, the archive should have the capability of linking to the business processes of any agenda that public administrators must perform.
