Modification of contact data in the information system of the ID card agenda
The service allows you to modify your contact information (email address, mobile phone number) and a discreet entry registered in your ID card. The contact data registered in this way can be used for the purpose of sending information on the status of the application process and on the progress of electronic services processes provided by the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic. Discreet data can be used as part of an electronic service Reporting the loss or theft of a chip ID.
Reporting a loss or theft of a chip ID card
The service allows you to report the loss or theft of your ID card with no need to visit the appropriate District Police Headquarters. In order to report loss or theft, the user must know his / her discrete data, which he / she has defined through an electronic contact modification service in the ID card information system.
Verification of the validity of the certificates issued on the ID card with the chip or on the residence permit of the alien with the chip
The service allows you to view the current status of all certificates that have been issued on a citizenship card with a chip or on a foreigner's residence permit document with a chip. The service also allows you to revoke the selected certificate without having to visit the appropriate District Police Headquarters.
Submission of a request for consolidated entity data
The service will enable the subject (FO / PO) to submit a request for the provision of consolidated data, which are on the subject registered in the ISVS and contained in the CSRU based on the data subject's choice (FO / PO) and choose the form of output on the portal (display) or by sending to the entity's electronic mailbox.
Submission of an application for the issuance of an ID card with a chip
The service allows you to submit an application for the issuance of a citizenship card with a chip due to a change of permanent residence or due to the expiry of the identity card with a chip. The service can be used if: • you have a valid electronic ID card with a chip (so-called eID card), • you have activated the eID card by entering a personal security code (BOK).
Qualified Electronic Signature Service (KEP)
The electronic service will enable the validation of a qualified electronic signature (KEP) created by a means for creating KEP in specific formats.
Issuing of an ID card abroad
The service is intended for citizens of the Slovak Republic abroad. Through the service, it is possible to send an application for a citizenship card to the relevant embassy of the Slovak Republic where the applicant reserves a meeting to process the application with respect to the country where the citizen is located.
Unsubscription by chip ID
The service allows you to block the use of an ID card with a chip to sign up for eGovernment electronic services. The chip ID will continue to be valid. This functionality applies only to the electronic part thereof. By canceling the registration, access to electronic services on the electronic services portal of the MoI SR or the central portal of public services to people, including access to the electronic mailbox at www.slovensko.sk, will not be allowed.
