Submission of proposals and related documents for legal proceedings
The service will enable the petitioners and defendants to submit a remedy (eg opposition to a payment order), withdrawal of an action or partial withdrawal as well as an appeal against a court decision.
Submitting a petition for proceedings before the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic
This service serves citizens, entrepreneurs and public authorities for electronic filing to initiate proceedings before the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic. It can initiate all types of proceedings provided for in the first section of the Seventh Title of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic, which falls within the competence of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic.
Provision of video conferencing services to the judiciary
The service will make it possible to improve the quality of services for citizens at the contact points of the courts and in the premises of the MSSR. Its aim is to improve communication between the citizen and the judiciary outside the judicial proceedings, in particular by providing CPP advisory and legal services and pro bono lawyers. The service will ensure wider access to services for citizens.
Making the trial available to third parties
The aim of the service is to process an application for on-line passive access to court proceedings and to make on-line broadcasting of court proceedings available to both the lay and professional public, which for example cannot be directly present at the hearing for security or capacity reasons. The purpose is to display online court proceedings to students of legal disciplines and trainees at the Judicial Academy in order to improve their training towards judicial practice.
Searching in the collection of findings and resolutions of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic
The Search in the Collection of Findings and Decisions service (or sometimes the term "Collection of Findings and Resolutions") is used to enable users to search the collection electronically, which is issued by the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic.
Ensuring remote video communication of the parties to the proceedings
The aim of the service is to allow the accused and convicted in the ZVJS to be remotely involved in court hearings without a physical presence in the courtroom.
Informing about the place, time and manner of appeal and the possibility of judicial review of the decision of the VÚC, including an explicit indication of the requirements to be met - sending information
The service allows you to request published information in the form of electronic submission, which will be sent electronically to your e-mail box.
Making decisions by the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights
The Court of Justice of the EU and the ECtHR will be published through the eGov service, affecting the Slovak Republic's legal order or the Slovak Republic. The "Making decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights" will enable readers to access and clarify the content of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Requesting the promise of the accused to punish home arrest
The service will enable the MPM to manage the obtaining of a written promise accused of home arrest, such as the creation of a relevant form within the probation file, the verification of communication channels and its subsequent processing (electronic sending to the inmate, processing of a response in the probation file, etc.).
Requesting the consent of the legal guardian / guardian to impose a prison sentence on the juvenile
The service will enable the PMS to manage the acquisition and registration of a legal guardian / guardian's consent with the TDV being placed in the relevant probation file. The service generates the appropriate forms, allows them to be forwarded in electronic form and processed and registered.
