Submission of social insurance premium payers
The service enables the premium payer to use electronic services of the Social Insurance Agency for premium payers and for this purpose to deliver submissions in electronic form in accordance with § 186 para. 2 of Act no. 461/2003 Coll. on Social Insurance as amended by Act no. , Through electronic services of the Social Insurance Agency for premium payers. In this way, the Social Insurance Agency ensures monthly electronic collection of data from the following insurance premiums: - monthly statement - insurance premium and employer contributions - natural person registration certificate.
Providing informative calculations and selected information in the field of social insurance
The service allows the client to find basic information on how to calculate on the Social Insurance Company's website - social insurance premiums - the anticipated pension amount - the calculation of the retirement age and find the appropriate forms for social insurance.
Disclosure of the individual account of the insured person
The balance sheet contains a table with insurance statements and received payments sorted in descending order of the last, in order of period - maturity date or reimbursement. After taking into account the differences between premiums and payments received, it displays in each row a cumulative amount of arrears or overpayments. The insured's individual account includes information on all periods of insurance and the social insurance assessment bases achieved for that citizen.
Opposition to the Statement of Arrears and Disagreement on the Annual Settlement Result Notice
The service of filing an objection to the Statement of Arrears and Disagreeing Opinion on the Announcement of the Annual Settlement is intended for: • objections to the arrears statement stating the reason for filing objections (arrears);
Submissions against the Statement of Arrears by which DÔVERA zdravotná poisťovňa, as claimed a claim for unpaid public health insurance premiums
The service allows the submission of objections against the arrears statement fully electronically. Objections can be filed through a form published on the Central Public Administration Portal. For electronic submission to slovak.sk it is necessary to use eID (electronic ID) and KEP (Qualified Electronic Signature).
