Importing Cosmetics	Cosmetic products in Brunei Darussalam are regulated by the Medicines (Cosmetic Products) Regulations, 2007, which is in line with the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive. Cosmetic products can only be marketed after it has been notified to the Ministry of Health through an upfront declaration of compliance by the importer or manufacturer before placing the cosmetic product in the local market.
