You will be issued order for accommodation in municipal housing, after substantiated decision of the municipal committee.
Acceptance and processing of documents for payment of monetary (BGN) compensation to holders of housing-saving deposits
The right to monetary compensation appears in the cases, when there is acquisition or beginning of construction of residence, or ideal parts thereof. You may request this service if you are included in the final lists of the depositors, who have acquired, or have commenced construction of residence by 21 November 2013.
