Providing various applications for electricity services on line. Providing comprehensive information on electricity services in the Sultanate of Oman, for example introduction of electricity service (companies), tariffs and care of subscribers
Paying electricity bills	Through this service citizens can pay electricity bills through the Internet without having to go to any of the payment offices and stand in the row.
Request to change the tariff of pride	This service is available to the subscriber who wants to change the electricity tariff
Request to change the electricity meter	This service is provided to the customer who wants to change the electricity meter
Request new power supply service with less than 5 MW	This service is for individuals who wish to apply for a new connection with less than 5 megawatts
Request a new power supply service of more than 5 MW	This service is for individuals who wish to apply for a new connection with more than 5 MW
Request to check the electricity meter	This service is provided to the customer who would like to request the meter check
Request for cutting and connecting the electricity service	This service is provided to the customer who wishes to disconnect or connect the electricity service
Request to transfer electricity meter (change location)	This service is available to the current subscriber to request the counter conversion
How to file a complaint in an electricity company	This service is provided to a customer who wishes to complain to any electricity service
