Application for permanent derecognition tool	The "Permanent Disengagement Tool" service is an electronic service that enables vehicle owners to apply online for permanent vehicle derecognition and to perform online payment for the application
Application for Temporary Derecognition Tool	The "Temporary Vehicle Dying Application" service is an electronic service that enables vehicle owners to apply online for temporary vehicle derecognition, as well as to perform the online payment for the application.
