Application for a passport permit (Laissez Passer)

"Application for a Permission to Pass" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online for a pass permit. These Albanian citizens who do not have a valid travel document and who will return to Albania will be provided with a permit through the postal service. After the necessary verifications carried out by embassy / consulate representatives, the application is accepted and the applicant is then invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail.

Application for passport and identity card

"Application for Passport and Identity Card" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online to be provided with a passport and identity card. After the necessary verifications carried out by representatives of the Embassy / Consulate, the application is accepted and the applicant is invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail. The citizen is obliged to appear at the post office to leave his fingerprints.
