Retention of Transferring Vehicle Ownership
This service allows the retention of vehicle transferring ownership for organizations and companies that sell vehicles with a rent that ends in ownership.
Application for Design Change Acceptance - FAA STC
This service allows the beneficiaries to apply for GACA acceptance of FAA design change to be performed on Saudi registered aircraft in accordance with subpart C of GACAR part 21 (Certification procedures for products and articles).
Design Change Acceptance - EASA Minor Repairs - Alterations
This service allows the beneficiaries to apply for GACA acceptance of EASA approved minor design change or minor repair design to be performed on Saudi registered aircraft in accordance with the working arrangement between EASA and GACA.
Repair Design Approval (RDA) -Letter of Intent
This service allows the beneficiaries to request GACA support for Certification of a major repair to be performed on Saudi registered aircraft. GACA decision to support the applicant is the pre-requisite for Repair Design Approval (RDA) project initiation.
Ship Port Clearance
The service is done through a freight forwarder, when the ship complete the loading and unloading, and the PC submit.
Cancellation of Vessel Arrival Notification
The service allows freight forwarders to submit a cancellation request for the notice of arrival of a vessel previously provided through the system to manage operations and at the port, which in turn examines the request and accepts it or rejects it through the system. A notice of the acceptance or rejection of the request will also be sent to the all stakeholders.
Passenger Manifest
Manifest passenger service is done through a freight forwarder where they are set up Mnavsi passengers before they arrive to the ports of Saudi Arabia or upon arrival of the vessel shall be set up manifest of the vessel which type (passenger ship) where passenger data who are on board the ship, where passengers data include the nationality of the passenger and the purpose of the travel record and statements of passports and visas. Stakeholders (management of ports - ports - operators can also guard the border - nuts - and shipping agents) of the receipt of Mnavast passenger information to be enrolled in each of the data on those.
Vessel Pre-arrival Notification (Bunker & Tanker)
The service enables shipping agents to provide Vessel pre-arrival notification (Bunker & Tanker) to relevant authorities (traffic management and operation, marine management) at the Saudi Ports Authority and Control Tower, as well as the possibility of providing a new notification to facilitate shipping agents and shorten the time in the submission process. The notice shall contain the information of the vessel and the goods coming to the Saudi port on the conditions and requirements of the Saudi Ports Authority. The notification is sent to all stakeholders.
