Title	Description
Allocation of Location or Service Path	This service allows the user to request allocation or marking a site or service path (track, power adapter, water, communication tower).
Utility Installations	This service allows the utility services contractors to request trench digging permit for installation of underground utility infrastructure at prescribed depth and within a limited period of time.
Coordination Certificate for Projects (Utility Services)	This service allows the contractor to dig a trench in a certain site after securing approval from all utility service providers.
Reporting Service Disconnection	This service enables the user to report to the authority about any service disconnection. Initial customer report shall be made within maximum 24 hours. It shall include a brief description, date and time, number of injured persons and damaged equipment.
Report Meter Tampering Incidents	This service allows the applicant to report tampering with meters, apply the rules of control, estimate the costs of repair of damage and compensation, and to determine penalties for assault of service provider facilities.
