Exemption of Spare Parts from the Customs Duties
This service enables the factory to send a reconsideration request for rejected raw materials in a customs duties request then checking by the official concerned through (Factory Number and last Licensing Number) online
One Time Custom Duties Exemption for Spare Parts
This service allows the factory to request custom duties exemption for the plant equipment. The official will approve the request online through (the factory number and the last license number).
Equipment Exemption of Customs Duty- Update
This service enables the factory to update description or quantities of equipment for the purpose of Customs duty exemption. The request will be approved online using the factory code and last license number.
Customs Duty Exemption for Spare Parts - Addendum
This service enables the factories to request the needed spare parts, without requesting a tax exemption in the first exemption request. He/she could apply with another request that includes new items that is not listed
Equipment exemption of custom duty- Addendum
This service enables the factory to submit a list of needed machines and equipment that have not been included in the original exemption request. An addendum can be filed for missing items as a result of oversight or items needed for expansion
Customs Exemption for Raw Materials - Supplementary
This service enables the factory to present the needed raw materials that it did not request an exemption for them in the main exemption request. The factory can present a supplementary exemption request from customs duties that includes the missing items
Customs Exemption for Machines and Equipment
This service enables the factory to apply for Customs Duties Exemption for machines and equipments request and checked it online by the concerned employee, through (Factory Number and the Last License Number) without a physical visit to the Ministry.

Customs Exemption Electronic System
This service enables the factory owner to apply online for customs exemption. Customs Exemption approval will be issued online without the need to attending the Ministers building. The time taken to complete the application is 7 working days
Raw Materials Customs Exemption
This service enables the factory to amend exempted items of raw materials from customs duties, as well as obtaining the online approval from the concerned employee, through (the factory number and number of the last license).
