Database, open to any user and hosted on the Transparency Portal, which consolidates the relationship of companies and individuals that have suffered sanctions, restricting the right to participate in public bids or to enter into contracts with the Public Administration.
Obtain information from the National Register of Punished Companies
Database, open to any user and hosted on the Transparency Portal, which consolidates the list of companies that have suffered any of the punishments provided for in Law 12,846 / 2013 (Anti-Corruption Law). The CNEP also registers the leniency agreements signed by the companies with the public power, including those that may eventually be disregarded.
