Make the Consular Registration Card (CMC)
It is the registration, with the Brazilian Consular Office, of a Brazilian resident abroad, with personal and contact information. When registering the Consular Register, the Brazilian receives a portfolio, such as an identity, which in some countries serves as an identification document.
