Prior Environmental Authorization (AAP)	Require the Prior Environmental Authorization (AAP) activities, constructions or works that are detailed in Article 2 of the Regulation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Authorizations (AA) (Decree 349/2005 and amending Decree 178/2009).
Registration and Affidavit of Container Companies	The Decree 260/007 , of July 23, 2007, arises as regulation of the Law 17.849 "Use of non-returnable containers" of the year 2004, which was conceived as an instrument to promote reuse, recycling and other forms of valorization of packaging waste, avoiding its inclusion as part of common or domiciliary solid waste.
