Registration of Copyright
It is the registration made by any author of an intellectual production, as well as the respective contracts of assignment of rights that he subscribes, according to the provisions of Law No. 9.739, with the modifications introduced by the Law of Copyright and Related Rights. No. 17,616 of January 10, 2003, and Regulatory Decree 154 of the year 2004.
