Consultations and complaints about banks and financial institutions
Allows inquiries or complaints to the Superintendency of Banks and Financial Institutions (SBIF). Only consultations can be made through the internet; the claims (duly accredited) must be made in person or by mail.

It allows to know the status of a presentation or procedure made by customers of the financial system before the Superintendency of Banks and Financial Institutions (SBIF). The procedure is available throughout the year.
National Payroll of Trustees
It is an updated list of trustees, in which are the contact details and the bankruptcies that each of them administers. A trustee is the person in charge of overseeing the operation of an entity, in order to protect their interests, and has the mission to liquidate their assets and debts in case of bankruptcy.

Deposits forgotten in banks (bank credits)
Allows access to an online application that reports if there are monies that have not had movement in two years and, in practice, are forgotten by their owners. In March of each year the list of people and companies that have money without cashing in a bank is published in the Official Gazette. Once this payroll is known, the beneficiaries have up to three years to regularize their situation and receive the money.
