Office of Information, Claims and Suggestions (OIRS) of the Gendarmerie of Chile	It allows obtaining information regarding the situation of inmates, intra-penitentiary benefits, application to the Gendarmerie School and procedures in general related to the institution. You can also send complaints, suggestions, queries and congratulations on topics that have a direct relationship with the operation of the Gendarmerie. The procedure can be performed throughout the year.
Claim for attention problems in the tendered family mediation system	It allows making a claim in case of considering that the rights have been violated, the principles of mediation contained in Law No. 19,968 have not been respected or if it is estimated that the services were not satisfactory. The procedure can be performed throughout the year.
Query status query	It allows access to information of a cause that appears in the registry of the Judicial Power. The online system has two search options: Virtual judicial office, for which you must have a unique password provided by the Civil Registry and Identification Service (SRCeI). The user can review in a personalized way the causes that are associated with his routine, without needing to search them one by one.
