Consultations, claims or suggestions to Conadi
It allows for consultations, in addition to presenting suggestions, congratulations and complaints to the National Coporation of Indigenous Development (Conadi). The procedure can be performed throughout the year.
Claim against a gambling casino
It allows to enter a claim in the second instance before the Superintendence of Casinos of Game (SCJ), in case of not being satisfied with the answer delivered by the gambling casino to the claim entered in the first instance. The claims originate when there are discrepancies with respect to the operation of an authorized gambling casino or the exploitation of the games of chance that take place in it.
Request for public information to Sernameg (Transparency Law)
It allows requesting public information from the National Service for Women and Gender Equality contained in acts, resolutions, files, contracts, agreements and minutes, in addition to the one that has been prepared with public budget, whatever its format or support, except for legal exceptions (See article 21 of Law No. 20,285).
